ActiveView 360 Case Studies360-Degree Feedback Process A healthcare system contracted with SurveyConnect to build an online 360-degree feedback system for their middle and top management. The application automated the entire 360-degree assessment process, from notification to reports. Invitations to all participants, automated e-mail notification to the raters, and reminders to participants and raters were sent at the click of a button. Raters were able to save responses in the middle of an assessment and return to complete the assessment at a later time. Reports were available online, real time and with secured access. All reports were downloadable and printable from the web. Financial Institution Peer Review Process SurveyConnect deployed this project as a Web survey with business rules to determine who was allowed to review whom. There was administrative access for internal Human Resources professionals to track progress. Over 10,000 responses were collected, and SurveyConnect completed Individual, department and total company roll-up reports. |
