360 survey's can be a powerful tool when used correctly. I'd say your range of 45 - 60 is pretty good. Depending on the respondents, I try and control the places for comments. Too often the respondent will often give away their identity in their comments and that can lead to a variety of problems. I use the 360 as a way to identify blind spots but then use interviews to dig deeper.

Marcie,
We were early adopters of Survey Select Expert and have used it as recently as a couple of years ago and the only reason we are not using it now is that we are current on our computer system updates. We are eager to see the updates on this produce since we occasionally have need for a short but quick turn a round survey and Survey Connect Expert allows us to do so.
Meanwhile, as you are aware, we are currently users of your Active View 360° online survey and are very satisfied with the way it deploys and the product it produces for us. Active View has supported several of our large deployments with 60-85 managers at a time, located in North America and Internationally, including Europe, Russia, Asia and the Middle East.
We look forward to the updates to Survey Select Expert.
Keep up the great work supporting those of us who rely on the experts like you and your staff.
